By these Terms & Conditions, the Buyer agrees to pay the sum (decided upon in the Service Agreement), towards the services rendered by Innoviz Limited. The Buyer agrees to fulfill payment of this sum to Innoviz Limited, in its entirety, within the stipulated period as specified in the Service Agreement. The Buyer agrees that the sum decided upon for the services being rendered to it by Innoviz Limited, as specified in the Service Agreement, is final, and no deductions or rebates of any kind will be made after the signing of the Service Agreement.
In the event of the termination of the Service Agreement with Innoviz Limited, no portion of any payments of any kind whatsoever previously dispensed to Innoviz Limited, hereunder shall be owed or be repayable to the Buyer. Additionally, no cancellations of the payment for the services rendered by Innoviz Limited as specified in the Service Agreement will be granted once payment has been processed.
